The Interior Installation Technician II works under general supervision to remove, install, and/or fabricate aircraft interiors, which may include items such as trim, carpet, sound proofing, light structure, cabinetry, panels and other accessories. All work performed should be in accordance with company design specifications, quality standards and completed work should meet customer expectations.

Utilize OEM and Engineering drawings to modify parts. Rig landing and operational test gear systems and engine systems. Trouble shoot landing gear, engines, hydraulic and air-conditioning systems. Tow qualified preferred.

Requirements

Previous Commercial MRO experience – preferred minimum five years of experience Rigging Remove and Reinstallation FC Experience on 737/Airbus Airframe and Powerplant license preferred.

Inventory aircraft parts, supplies, and equipment, and keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and other maintenance operations. Complete tasks within allotted time frames and to FAA (or equivalent) and company standards Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to perform repairs and ensure aircraft are operating smoothly.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as a helicopter mechanic with at least 2 years on any of the following designated helicopters, Airbus/Eurocopter AS350, EC130, EC135, EC145, Agusta 109, 119, 139, Bell 206, 407, 429, 412, 505, MD500, and/or Sikorsky S76. An Aircraft Mechanic II performs skilled work to identify, remove, and install aircraft components and to perform servicing of engines and aircraft accessories.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, repairs and services aircraft and engine systems. Conducts diagnosis of malfunctions. Performs maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. Maintains FAA required records, manuals and inspection forms. Reads and complies with instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience on Airbus and Boeing Aircraft High School Diploma or GED Have own tools Must be able to read, write, and speak effectively in English regarding safety sensitive work activities, per FAA requirements. Individual will perform daily transactions within the ERP system (AMROS KIOSK), vending (POU), as well as research customer’s maintenance manuals. Work safely and follow safety rules and regulations. Take action to prevent others from engaging in unsafe practices.
