We’re looking for experienced CNC Operators to support the precision manufacturing and repair of critical turbine engine components. You’ll set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce close-tolerance parts that meet exact specifications and strict aerospace quality standards. This is hands-on, detail-driven work where precision matters. You’ll run equipment, inspect your own work, make necessary adjustments, and ensure every part is produced correctly and according to established processes. If you take pride in accurate machining, quality workmanship, and getting parts right the first time, you’ll fit in well here.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines
Load programs and make simple edits when needed
Set up machines, fixtures, tooling, and materials
Run parts to production specifications
Inspect and measure parts using handheld measuring tools
Blend surfaces or remove excess material using hand tools or machines
Modify parts as required to meet specifications
Follow assembly and production requirements for new manufactured parts
Use computerized tracking systems as needed
Maintain 5S standards in your work area
Follow all health, safety, and environmental rules
Work within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
Follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
Support company core values
Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Work effectively on your own or with the team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years CNC experience preferred
Passing score on job-related skills test
Able to read and write in English
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Comfortable using handheld measuring tools
Basic math skills for measurements and tolerances
Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
Team player with a good attitude

We’re looking for an experienced Machinist to join a high-precision aerospace manufacturing and repair operation. You’ll operate CNC equipment to machine and restore close-tolerance turbine engine components where precision, quality, safety, and documentation are critical. This is not production where “close enough” cuts it. Every part must meet exact specifications, follow established processes, and be properly documented. If you take pride in clean setups, precise machining, and producing quality work the right way, you’ll fit in well here. You’ll receive daily priorities from your Cell Supervisor or Work Leader and be trusted to manage your assigned work with minimal oversight while maintaining strict quality and production standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and run CNC mills, lathes, and grinders
Make and repair precision aerospace parts using CNC and some manual equipment
Read blueprints, travelers, and work instructions
Hold tight tolerances and pay attention to the details
Change cutting tools and adjust feeds and speeds as needed
Set up fixtures, tooling, and materials correctly and safely
Inspect your own work using micrometers, calipers, pi tapes, depth gauges, etc.
Fill out required inspection and production paperwork (FAA rules apply)
Perform basic, routine machine maintenance
Safely run overhead cranes when required
Keep your area clean, organized, and safe
Follow all safety, health, and environmental rules—no shortcuts
Speak up and look for ways to work smarter and more efficiently
Follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions
Pitch in with other shop duties as needed
Requirements
CNC machining experience (aerospace or regulated manufacturing is a big plus)
Comfortable reading blueprints and understanding GD&T
Solid math skills for measurements and tolerances
Hands-on with inspection tools and standard shop hand tools
Able to work independently and manage your own setup and quality
Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Team-focused with a good attitude
Willing to follow procedures and documentation requirements
Works with integrity and professionalism—FAA expectations apply
Preferred: Manual machining or repair experience
Preferred: CNC program editing skills
Preferred: Trade school or technical training

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs tasks that are moderate to complex requiring experience and judgment to complete.
Reviews setup sheets and specifications to determine setup procedure, machining sequence, and dimensions of finished work piece. Attaches fixture to machine bed and positions and secures work piece in fixture according to setup instructions.
Assembles cutting tools in tool holders and positions tool holders in machine spindles as specified or inserts cutting tools in specified machine magazines.
Enters commands to retrieve pre-programmed machine instructions from database and machine control console.
Operates controls and enters commands to index cutting tool to specified set point and start machine. Observes and listens to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
Changes cutting tools and location of work piece during machining process as specified in setup instructions. Measures work piece for conformance to specifications.
Adjusts machine feed and speed, changes cutters to machine parts according to specifications when automatic programming is faulty or machine malfunctions.
Sets up and operates the machine to produce parts. Observes operation of machine on trial run to prove taped or programmed instructions.
Requirements
Formal Education, Training and Work Experience:
Experience may be substituted for the formal education and training requirements in this section at the discretion of management.
High school diploma or G.E.D. and formal technical training in operating computer numerically controlled production machines and four (4) or more years of directly related or related experience.
