We are seeking experienced Avionics Technicians to join a growing aircraft maintenance operation located at ILN Airport in Wilmington, Ohio. This position supports maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and installation of aircraft electrical and avionics systems in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong avionics troubleshooting skills, experience working on transport-category aircraft, and the ability to perform work in accordance with FAA regulations and company quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, modify, test, and install aircraft electrical and avionics systems
Perform operational and functional checks on communication, navigation, flight control, and aircraft electrical systems
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and technical publications
Diagnose electrical and avionics discrepancies using test equipment and troubleshooting procedures
Remove, replace, and repair avionics components, wiring harnesses, connectors, and electrical assemblies
Perform system upgrades, modifications, and installations as required
Complete aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
Ensure all work is properly documented in maintenance records and work packages
Assist with aircraft inspections and support return-to-service activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Collaborate with inspectors, maintenance teams, and leadership to meet production schedules and delivery commitments
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
FAA Airframe License required
Minimum 3+ years of aircraft avionics experience on heavy commercial aircraft
Experience troubleshooting and repairing aircraft electrical and avionics systems
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with transport-category or commercial aircraft preferred
Ability to use common avionics test equipment and tooling
Must possess basic tools required for the position
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings and airport security requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications
FAA A&P License
Experience working in a heavy maintenance or MRO environment
Experience with aircraft modifications, upgrades, and major maintenance events
Familiarity with FAA regulatory requirements and aircraft maintenance documentation
