Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs routine developmental learning assignments and applies standard solutions to work situations of a routine or repetitive nature. May perform a variety of routine duties related to the area to which assigned. Uses hand and power tools such as routers, drill motors, die grinders and other like tools to complete the required operations called out in the work instructions. Trims parts to fit and files, grinds, deburrs, bevels edges, polishes surfaces and other wise finishes out the material, part or assembly to specifications. Assembles detail parts into subassemblies and complete assemblies using written and verbal work instructions. Installs rivets, bolts, screws and clips and prepares and applies adhesives. Use and interpret maintenance manuals and approved references (AMM, SRM, IPC, WDM, drawings, engineering dispositions, etc.). Complete functional checks, operational checks, and return-to-service actions. Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and quality standards. Accurately complete all maintenance documentation, including logbook entries and work order records. Coordinate with leads, maintenance control, and QA as needed for approvals and release requirements. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety/FOD policies. Communicate professionally and represent the company well while supporting AOG events.

Requirements

Must have a valid A&P License Minimum 3 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience on any combination of: King Air, Citation, Gulfstream, Global Strong troubleshooting ability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
