Essential Duties and Responsibilities

With supervision support structural repair and modification projects by providing skilled labor and structural repair techniques from assigned team members and the Service Technician Crew Chief on a day-to-day basis for compliance and quality performance. Required to understand and use approved compliance-appropriate technical data from authorized engineering sources, FAA approved documentation and original equipment aircraft manufacturers’ maintenance & compliance documentation. 4. Record and maintain accurate and timely aircraft and project documentation. This documentation will include, but is not limited to the following: discrepancy documentation, maintenance sign-offs on a daily basis, and OJT recording. 5. Inspect, service, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft-related structural systems and structure install discrepancies utilizing the Elliott Aviation approved policies and procedures, and the appropriate manufacturer documentation and drawings to include maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs. 6. Document On-The-Job Training (OJT) to promote growth and development as a structure team member. Develop skills, both personal and professional, which promote team cohesiveness and trust. Participate in personal and leadership development opportunities and demonstrate competency, leadership, and professionalism at all times. 7. Support, maintain, and comply with all Federal, OSHA, State and local regulations, and Elliott Aviation’s Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Processes. 8. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform precision panel wrapping (sidewalls, ceilings) with premium materials including leather, ultra-suede, and fine fabrics. Execute interior completions work to exacting VIP specifications with minimal supervision. Inspect and maintain quality of workmanship to meet or exceed luxury fit and finish standards. Collaborate with production team to maintain project timelines and adapt to schedule changes as needed. Adhere to all company and FAA safety and workmanship standards.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in VIP/VVIP aircraft interior completions (BBJ, ACJ, Gulfstream, Bombardier, or equivalent). Expertise in wrapping premium materials on aircraft interior panels. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent, high-quality output. Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in producing luxury-standard interiors. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass standard pre-employment screening.

Start Date: ASAP (targeting first group on-site by end of next week)Duration: Approx. 60 days - 90 daysSchedule: Day shift, Mondy–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with potential weekend work based on production needs.Hours: Full-time (40+ hours/week)
