Perform quality aircraft maintenance and/or repairs within budgeted time in compliance with all applicable Code of Federal Regulations, Repair Station Procedures, customer requirements, and manufacturer's recommendations. Organize work plan in an efficient and resourceful manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform such typical maintenance operations such as the removal and replacement of aircraft and powerplant components that require bolting, torquing, adjusting rigging and safety wiring, including powerplant and flight control removal and reinstallation. Repair, modify, replace or overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness . Complete all tasks to the quality standards of Company, FAA and our customers' approved maintenance manual. Perform work within estimated or budgeted hours Read and use Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated parts Catalog, Blueprints, ATA Codes, Service Bulletins, routine and non-routines and other related maintenance documents in order to troubleshoot and effectively complete work assignments. Ensures that Company and customer aircraft maintenance documents are accurate and properly annotated. Ensures documents are returned to the Technical Library and/or destroyed, as required, after jobs are complete. Use and operate safely all ground support equipment, (i.e., Main Lifts, Scissor Lifts, etc.) and possess Company operating certification. Promote a culture of safety my monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the Company Team Member Safety Manual. Responsible for the proper execution of parts tags attached to repairable, serviceable or condemned parts. Interface effectively with members of management, other departments and co-workers Keep own and adjacent work area clean Able to work any or all shifts

Requirements

7-9 years years of sheet metal experience on commercial aircraft Able to read schematics/blueprints of moderate complexity, engineering drawings and technical instructions. Have working knowledge of SRM (Repair Station Manual) references. Must have own tools. High School Diploma/GED. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. Candidates must have strong corporate aircraft maintenance experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven operation with high expectations for professionalism and technical ability. This client is hiring across multiple experience levels and is specifically looking for seasoned mechanics with strong hands-on experience and clean, detailed resumes that clearly outline aircraft platforms, job duties, and maintenance scope performed. Candidates should expect a two-step interview process including a video interview with Talent Acquisition and a second interview with the Hiring Manager. Local candidates may complete the second interview in person.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards Complete airframe, powerplant, structural, and systems maintenance on business jets and related aircraft systems Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and perform corrective actions Complete accurate maintenance documentation, corrective actions, and logbook entries in compliance with FAR Part 43 requirements Coordinate with maintenance control, inspection, and materials teams to support on-time return-to-service goals Perform inspections and support final RTS sign-offs as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support team operations, assist other technicians, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Senior-level technicians may assist with training junior mechanics, assigning tasks, and leading maintenance projects

Requirements

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience required Corporate aviation maintenance experience required Experience on business jets required Preferred Aircraft Experience: Challenger 300, Global Express, Gulfstream GIV, Gulfstream G450, Cessna Citation X, Cessna Citation 560XL

Additional Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience required for consideration Tools must be etched; shadowed tools strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship required Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed Valid driver’s license required Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings and comply with airport/security requirements
