Must be able to execute the most complex Structure Repairs by reviewing SRMs and engineering drawings. • Floor beams, seat tracks, 540 stringer repairs, 663 pressure deck, Cargo Bay repairs. • Skin repairs & skin replacements. • Able to identify flag notes in engineering drawings – interpret Advanced Drawing Change Notices (ADCN). • Mentor/ guide small crew of lower-level non-licensed mechanics and sign on their repairs
