We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Technicians Level II and Level III for a leading heavy commercial MRO facility in Sanford, Florida. These positions support structural repairs, modifications, and heavy maintenance on narrow-body commercial aircraft in a fast-paced hangar environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform structural repairs, modifications, and sheet metal fabrication on commercial aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards Complete heavy maintenance tasks including skin repairs, panel replacements, structural modifications, corrosion removal, and component repairs Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal parts including brackets, doublers, panels, and support structures Read and interpret blueprints, structural repair manuals (SRMs), engineering drawings, and technical data Use precision measuring tools and sheet metal equipment including drills, rivet guns, shears, brakes, and other hand tools Remove and install fasteners, rivets, and aircraft structural components as required Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and airworthiness requirements are met Properly document all work performed in compliance with FAA and customer requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Collaborate with team members, leads, inspectors, and management to meet production schedules and aircraft delivery deadlines Follow all safety procedures and quality standards throughout the maintenance process

Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation. Familiarity with aircraft systems, structures, and components.
