Selects tooling and materials compatible with the processing techniques identified in the work instructions. Performs rework or repair on any metallic or nonmetallic part presented for rework or repair.

At least 2 years of work experience on designated helicopters (Airbus – AS350, EC130, EC135, EC145; Agusta – 109, 119, 139; Bell – 206, 407, 429, 412, 505; MD – 500; Sikorsky – S76). Certifications in electrical or aviation maintenance courses preferred. Experience with systems such as NAV/COM, Autopilot, GPS, and RVSM. An understanding of other aircraft systems, such as hydraulics and flight controls. The ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Keep the aircraft flight ready and impeccably clean at all times except when scheduled in for maintenance. Responsible for aircraft towing and staging. Assist with fuel farm maintenance, testing, and reporting as assigned. Perform facility and ground support equipment (GSE) maintenance as required. Will be required to be available via phone and/or email while off duty on a rotating basis. Performs miscellaneous work as assigned. Monitors security of hangar and visitor activity while on shift. Cooperate in conduct with the Safety Management System, and be instrumental with corrective action plans and preventative measures.
