As an A&P Mechanic Entry Level, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance on commercial aircraft.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, part replacement and modifications for aircraft Perform the assigned maintenance task in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturer’s recommendations, customers approved maintenance program, approved or acceptable data. High school diploma or equivalent. 7-9 years' experience in aviation industry working on commercial aircraft A&P/ FCC License preferred. Experience working on and troubleshooting aircraft avionics and airframe systems. Knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 91, 145. Experience working with and repairing the following aircraft systems: Autopilots, Flight Management Systems, Navigation and Communication Systems, EFIS, Aircraft Electrical Systems, Lighting, Pitot and Static Systems, ADS-b, Transponders, HF/VHF/ACARS, etc. Military avionics experience preferred but not required. Operating precision avionics test equipment to include IFR 4000/6000, Air Data Test Sets, Multi-Meters, Bonding Meters, Etc. Skills and Abilities: Willingness to work on a team with both experienced technicians and mentor junior technicians with a calm demeanor. Ability to communicate well in straightforward situations. Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures, wiring manuals and schematics, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, complete paperwork. • Excellent mechanical aptitude and a desire to work.
