Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Installer must complete assigned tasks with the allocated man-hour budgets and on a schedule while maintaining quality standards and performing the tasks within the guidelines of all safety and regulatory requirements. Fabricate, assemble and install products, such as window panels, headliners, decorative panel, access panel, etc… Install main cabin cabinet such as Galley, Crew Closet, entertainment cabinets, window shades, Sideledges, tables, Mid Run cabinet, lavatory cabinets, etc… Install final assemblies (including sinks, water, air and oxygen systems, drawers …). Perform functional checks on installed systems Adjust and perform functional test on mechanical assemblies such as drawers, magazine racks, doors, curtain, tables … Install and fit carpeting in the aircraft. Install and perform function test on cockpit and cabin seats. Set up and operate standard shop equipment. Accurately log labor performed into our Manufacturing Execution System. Complete tasks in quality manner within allocated budgets and schedules. Assist other as required. Work in accordance with Company rules, including but not limited to Safety, Training, Quality, Human resources… Work in accordance with Business Unit rules, including but not limited to Tool Control, 5S… Must present a professional manner at all times. Keep work areas clean and presentable at all times. Perform all other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of basic carpentry or related experience Must be able to work form sketches or 3D model Must be able to read, understand and follow any written instruction such as, installation procedure, test procedure … Must be able to use drills, belt, disc, drum sanders and other common hand tools and equipment Must have physical and muscular dexterity to install carpets, headliners, window panels, PSUs, cabinet assemblies, cushions, seats, tables and related components. We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics for a premier corporate aviation maintenance operation in Van Nuys, California. These openings support business jet maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and return-to-service activities in a high-standard Part 145 environment. Candidates must have strong corporate aircraft maintenance experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven operation with high expectations for professionalism and technical ability. This client is hiring across multiple experience levels and is specifically looking for seasoned mechanics with strong hands-on experience and clean, detailed resumes that clearly outline aircraft platforms, job duties, and maintenance scope performed. Candidates should expect a two-step interview process including a video interview with Talent Acquisition and a second interview with the Hiring Manager. Local candidates may complete the second interview in person.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards Complete airframe, powerplant, structural, and systems maintenance on business jets and related aircraft systems Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and perform corrective actions Complete accurate maintenance documentation, corrective actions, and logbook entries in compliance with FAR Part 43 requirements Coordinate with maintenance control, inspection, and materials teams to support on-time return-to-service goals Perform inspections and support final RTS sign-offs as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support team operations, assist other technicians, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Senior-level technicians may assist with training junior mechanics, assigning tasks, and leading maintenance projects

Requirements

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience required Corporate aviation maintenance experience required Experience on business jets required Preferred Aircraft Experience: Challenger 300, Global Express, Gulfstream GIV, Gulfstream G450, Cessna Citation X, Cessna Citation 560XL

Additional Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience required for consideration Tools must be etched; shadowed tools strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship required Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed Valid driver’s license required Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings and comply with airport/security requirements
