This client is hiring across multiple experience levels and is specifically looking for seasoned mechanics with strong hands-on experience and clean, detailed resumes that clearly outline aircraft platforms, job duties, and maintenance scope performed. Candidates should expect a two-step interview process including a video interview with Talent Acquisition and a second interview with the Hiring Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on corporate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards Complete airframe, powerplant, structural, and systems maintenance on business jets and related aircraft systems Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and perform corrective actions Complete accurate maintenance documentation, corrective actions, and logbook entries in compliance with FAR Part 43 requirements Coordinate with maintenance control, inspection, and materials teams to support on-time return-to-service goals Perform inspections and support final RTS sign-offs as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support team operations, assist other technicians, and ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards Senior-level technicians may assist with training junior mechanics, assigning tasks, and leading maintenance projects

Requirements

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required Over 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience required Corporate aviation maintenance experience required Experience on business jets required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Advanced troubleshooting and inspection experience Strong leadership and senior-level maintenance experience required Ability to lead projects, mentor technicians, and support inspections and RTS activities preferred Preferred Aircraft Experience: Challenger 300, Global Express, Gulfstream GIV, Gulfstream G450, Cessna Citation X, Cessna Citation 560XL
