Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions: Perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance per FAA requirements and approved quality procedures. Provide assistance tooling mechanics to set or reset tooling details during periodic inspections or tooling installations. Conduct measurement studies on in-process or completed aircraft based on planned schedules or un-planned demand. Maintain proper documentation of all work to include traceability of materials used during manufacturing to ensure compliance with all inspection and FAA requirements. Operating Equipment Categories: Category 1: Programmable Gerber or other foil printer. Category 2: Programmable sign cutting equipment, Programmable engraver.
