APA offers a "Hassle-Free" Payroll; our employees receive a single check which includes both your taxable income and your per diem wages. Weekly Fed EX Delivery of check to assignment location, mailed via US Mail to address designated by employee, Direct Deposit or Paycheck Direct.
Cash Advances
APA can issue cash advances to contract employees working in the field when needed.
Health Insurance and Prescription Drug Discount programs
APA Employees have access to wide selection of affordable health plans and a prescription drug discount program.
Short term health insurance plans provide you with coverage for a limited period of time, and may be an ideal solution for those between jobs, an alternative to COBRA, temporary worker, or those waiting for other health insurance to start. Typically, short-term plans offer coverage up to six months, although some plans may offer coverage up to 12 months.

Drug Card America, is proud to provide you and your family with our FREE pharmacy program. The Drug Card America card may be used at over 45,000 pharmacies nationwide, including most major chains. The Drug Card America Program provides you with the following savings:
- Generic Prescriptions available at discounts up to 50% off retail prices.
- Brand prescriptions available at discounts up to 15% off retail prices.
This is NOT a health insurance policy. The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers of medical services. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.

Contractor Loyalty Program
It’s our goal to keep our employees on a long term basis. If you are currently employed on an assignment for APA and are unsatisfied on your current contract, please contact APA first about changing work assignments instead of contacting one of our competitors. If you re-sign with APA on a new contract instead of going to one of our competitors, you will be compensated with a Contractor Loyalty bonus. Contact your recruiter for details.
Travel Pay on Select contracts
At designated locations, employees may become eligible for mileage one-way or a travel bonus
Per Diem
In situations where the employee's permanent residence is a minimum of 50 miles way from the job location, APA will pay the employee the maximum allowable Per Diem.
Bonuses
At designated locations, employees may become eligible for variety of bonuses including Sign-On bonuses, Reporting bonuses, Retention bonuses and Completion bonuses.
